Our 1st XV and X1 rugby and hockey (boys and girls) teams travelled to Treverton, Mooi River, last week to participate in the Treverton Sports Festival, in which 18 schools participated.
Girls hockey - played 8: drew 1, won 3 and lost 4
Boys hockey - played 8: drew 1, lost 3 and won 4
Rugby - played 3: won 2 and lost 1
Touch Rugby - our boys won all their pool matches and just lost the final 4-3
We received many compliments from people at the festival, complimenting us on our players' behaviour, spirit and skills. Many of the opposing schools enrol 1000-plus at their schools and our High School, comprising 200 learners, produced fantastic results of which we can be very proud.
