THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK:  The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.  (Martin Luther King, JR)

PARENTS’ ASSOCIATION NEWS........

Felixton Mountain Bike Challenge

Preparations are underway to have the second Felixton Mountain Challenge on the 29th March.  Last year’s event was a fun-filled morning with family and friends braving the weather and riding or supporting riders in the 5km, 10 km, 25 km and 50 km races.

The PA would like to make this an even bigger event with more riders participating and they therefore require help from you, the parents, in the following areas:
marshalling, manning water tables, selling of food, setting up the field on Saturday 28th March, registration on Saturday or Sunday, and finally selling advertising space on the t-shirt or in the form of banners along the various routes.

The t-shirt advertising is being finalized by tomorrow, 18 February.  If you would like to advertise your business on the t-shirt, please contact Lyn Kok or Warren Poustie.

If you are willing to help in any of these areas, please contact Lyn Kok on 0824856525 or e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
