Felixton College learners have produced excellent results in the National Olympiads with Ignus van Zyl (only in Grade 11) earning 3rd place nationally in the English Olympiad and Marilise Geringer (also Grade 11), coming 11th nationally in the Afrikaans Eerste Addisionele Taal Olimpiade with Bianca van Staden and Ignus van Zyl sharing the 12 spot.
7 of our learners earned the College 2nd spot in the Top 50 in the second round of the prestigious national Maths Olympiad, beating all the long established Durban and Pietermaritzburg schools. These Maths boffins are Kuveshan Padayachee, Gary Krige, Peter Faul, Mahommad Kajee, Jacob Bijumark, Tim Krige and Charmaine Drury.
