Este Louw, a Grade 8 learner at Felixton College, is the 2009 winner of the Junior Afrikaanse Olimpiade with an incredible score of 90%.
Este joined Felixton as a Grade 8 boarder at the beginning of 2009. Her Primary Schooling was done at Hluhluwe Primary, where she received a solid academic grounding. All her teachers know her as a talented young lady with an enthusiasm for learning and a strong work ethic. The Felixton community are very proud of this outstanding achievement.Este's achievement completes a spectacular year of academic achievement for Felixton learners. Earlier this year, Ignus van Zyl was placed third in the country in the de Beers English Olympiad. Felixton also appeared 5 times in the top 50 senior mathematicians in KZN, more often than any of the large, traditional schools in the province.
