Do you have a medical condition?  Looking for that extra something to keep you motivated and on the right track?  Consider one of the following:

These options are designed to give you more feedback as to your training progress - as well as constant supervision while training.

OPTION A:
  • Comprehensive Fitness Assessment beginning and end of every month.
  • Consultation with a dietician initially & Mental Assessment with a Clinical Psychologist.
  • Constant monitoring of your training with a heart rate monitor in the gym.
  • Each session supervised by either a Biokineticist, Intern or student in training.

Additional Services Offered
  • LEG STRENGTH TESTING: 
    This assessment gives you a comparison result indicating the strength of both legs - your quardriceps and hamstring muscle groups indicates whether there are areas of weakness that can be improved upon.  You receive a printed report as part of this assessment.

  • TRAINING PROGRAM:
    Any additional training programs requested - apart from the initial one you receive on joining the gym will be at a cost of R75.  Training programs can be specifically designed for a sport of your choice, making sure you reach your best potential in whatever you are training for.

  • PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION:
    Are you wanting to work under the supervision of a Biokineticist / Biokinetic Intern.
Comprehensive Fitness
Assessment:  R150

This assessment includes the following:
  • Blood pressure test
  • Height
  • Weight
  • Body fat percentage with a breakdown of fat vs muscle ratio (R30*)
  • Flexibility
  • upper body strength
  • Muscle endurance
  • Aerobic capacity
Includes a detailed report of your fitness status.
